I can't say enough about this beautiful dress. This is the David Fielden "4022" style, also called "the Pippa dress." I never understood people who talked about that "say yes to the dress" moment where you cry and know you've found your perfect dress - until I tried this one on! It's an incredibly ivory satin that fits like a glove and is simultaneously sexy and classy. It fits multiple body types and has a touch of elegance but is so unique. My favorite part is the gorgeous back, which is totally open but has a lovely lace.
I ended up calling off my wedding before getting married, and I held onto this dress for the last five years. I never had it altered, but I did have it professionally cleaned. It's been stored in the garment bag in a smoke and pet free home since then, and I am finally ready to let go of it. Nothing would make me happier than knowing it will find a new home with someone on their special day!
