Other Allure 8800 Boho unclassified dresses

I had originally bought this dress when I first got engaged. The owner of the bridal boutique insisted that I could alter the sleeves a certain way which I was told by their tailor NOW that is was not possible. Obviously upset at the situation I am on the lookout for a new dress and want my original NEW WITH TAGS dress to find a good home.
