Unlike lots of girls I did not enjoy wedding dress shopping! Even when I finally settled on this beautiful dress I wasn't sure about it. But the day of my wedding I was SO happy I picked it. It is lighter than many dresses, making moving around at the reception much easier. And it's incredibly classic looking-- 20 years from now my kids won't be squealing "Moooom... what were you thinking wearing that?!" It was a happy day & a lovely dress & I would love for someone to buy it (deeply discounted) and make more memories in it.
The dress has been hemmed (I'm 5'6") and taken in a tiny bit in the waist and shoulders. Although the tag says 6 it probably fits a bit more like a 4 and a half after alterations. The dress has been bustled (there's a tiny button hiding under the lace that a loop in the skirt can be hooked to for dancing, etc).
The dress has also been professionally cleaned.
