David Tutera Cocktail unclassified dresses

This wedding dress was created by David Tutera, an American celebrity wedding planner, and bridal fashion designer. 
The gown was worn once for about six hours. It is currently stored in a gown bag. It has been professionally cleaned. There are no rips or stains. It fits a street size 0- 2. I'm asking 700 or best offer.  I'm will add the veil for free. It is a two layer waist-length veil with sequins outline.
