Watters Astoria Soft fabric unclassified dresses

This is a sample dress, new with tags, not altered. I bought it, tried it on, then found another dress I love more. Watters/ Wtoo size chart measurements are 38-30-40.5 in a 10. Bust size would be better for B or C cup. Very comfortable to wear. Dress is lovely, high-quality ivory lace with a re-embroidered lace double v-neck, hand beaded empire gown with half sleeves and mermaid skirt. Chapel train.
